“Room clean but Ammenities not available”

My boys and I went to the Travelodge specifically for the heated pool and hot tub and they were both closed... Emergency maintenance the guy behind the desk said... I would not have stayed there if the website would have been updated that the pool and hot tub were not in operation at the time... Breakfast was very disappointing also!!!

Thank you for taking time and providing feedback. Last week we had to close pool for 2 days due to emergency maintenance. It's open again. sometimes chemical imbalance we have to close pool.
