People have written some really bad reviews for this place but it was recommened to me by a friend...I LOVED IT!!! yeah the carpet is out of date, but it is alway clean...the river is right outside of your doorstep. The website describing the facility looked real nice, including the pictures. Nice place to spend an Anniversary ....But, the 1st cabin they gave me, I complained that it was dirty, they gave me a second cabin...It looked OK....But..... the beds were old and worn out...Big Time, the mattresses were torn ??? restroom was small and smelled, the carpet was old... This place is barely holding together. the inteerior hasn't been updated since 1970, if i had to guess. the heater smelled so ripe of gas we had to leave the window open through 18 degree weather. nice odler couple but it is time for them to sell. the roof and siding is barely hanging on. i wouldn't even consider sleeping...
