My friends and I were blown away with the Lion Sands River Lodge. Not only were our rooms incredible, the personal service we received was beyond anything ever experienced. Our personal "butler" Errol, made our stay even more enjoyable and our safari guide, Kenneth, was the best. I can't say enough about this place.

The facility is fantastic. It's located right in the midst of a vast game reserve hundreds of square kilometers In area. Although its in the wild, they made our stay very warm and comfortable. We came for the Safari and experienced that and so much more. Great place to experience the Big Five. Knowledgable tracker and guide informing us of all the wildlife and plants inhabiting the area. We stayed at Lion Sands for 4 days and loved it. The accomdations were lovely. Our room had a king bed - comfy - and plenty of room to move around. Bath fittings were quite nice.
