Dirty walls, paint peeling from ceiling and walls, dirty floors etc, etc, etc
spend a few dollars more (or less) and stay in a real Motel.
On the bright side, that staff is very courteous and helpful.

On our way through the state, we couldn't pass up a stop in Roswell. Having never been here, we stopped at the visitor center on main street. They gave us a coupon for this Budget Inn. The deal was so good, we had to check it out.

Room was basic but clean and a great price. We don't expect fancy for this price and it met our needs, no problem. Good air conditioning, quiet, clean.

This hotel was clean, comfy, and priced fairly. Really comfortable bed. Will stay here again while passing through Roswell.

The "usual suspect" hotels in Roswell are over-priced for a town that has little to offer so we opted for the inexpensive ($40 with AAA discount) Budget Inn. I don't know if the motel is AAA rated anymore, but the room first given to us was surprisingly good: Furniture in good condition, comfortable bed with new mattresses, large flat-screen TV...

This little independently owned motel has, by far, the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a motel. And the price is certainly right - $45.00/night for two and pets, if declared, are free. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are in clustered buildings and, if you get one off the main road, are...
