The staff went to great lengths to ensure my comfortable stay. Views from the east-facing room were superb. During my stay, some of the front desk and maintenance team displayed a professional attitude I would have expected at a much more expensive hotel. The location is good for any one wanting to celebrate the Balloon Fiesta. More

My wife and I stayed here over New Year's 2011, 2012 because we were visiting family in the area. The rates were decent. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, all the things important to me and my wife. The front door is locked at 10PM and you have to call to get in, which I would expect... More

We were put in a smoking room when nonsmoking was requested during reservation and check in. The room smelled like stale cigs and dirty feet. At midnight we were able to move to a nonsmoking. Bathroom was ok. More

Good rates, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable employees (and these are hard to find in New Mexico) and good location. More

If you're using hotels.com to book this place, beware. The description says that this hotel has a bar, which is not true. They also don't state on the property description that there is a $4.99 charge for wi-fi. That's not a huge deal, but it may have affected my decision had I known ahead of time. The room was adequate,... More

We stay here for 7-10 days every year when we visit family & friends. This place is clean, quiet, well-maintained, friendly, and it's convenient to our family. More

I enjoyed the hotel. Lily, our check-in person, was supremely nice. The hotel was adequately cleaned as was the room. I noted what everyone else wrote, and was prepared for the worst, but it was surprisingly not as bad as I had imagined. They even had a mini-breakfast: bagels, muffins, o.j., coffee, tea, with condiments to match, for free. More

The rates for our trip during 4th of July was excellent at $45 a night and $5 for internet during the entire stay. Room was clean, fairly updated. Laminate wood entry, kitchen, bathroom. Newer carpet. We appreciated the new dinnerware, pots, pans, silverware provided. Manager was 3 of 5 stars welcoming, but 4/5 friendly, helpful. Location is fabulous. Up on... More

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Everyone from housekeeping to maintenance to the front desk staff is absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and we had a third floor room with an incredible view of the foothills by day and the lights of Albuquerque by night. There was fresh ice in our refrigerator and air... More

Besides the fact that this place has gotten a bit rundown since it was Wellesly Inn and Suites, it is really poorly managed at this point. Carpeting needs replacing, my room reeked of construction workers and some weird food. Breakfast was meager but ok, no real complaints there - get there early cause they run out of bagels fast. My...
