I truly was going to write a good review for this hotel based on my first impressions. The room was renovated and clean. The bathroom had some issues, including a toilet seat with yellow stains and scratches that had been painted with white-out. Aside from the bathroom and a problem due to the clerk's inability to find my reservation, it... More

Thank you for mentioning that the room was renovated and clean. I was out of town when this was reported, and I have to apologize for the response of the front desk clerk Mark - the entire staff has taken bed bug training online, but this was the first time any of us have had to deal with this in... Our large, nicely decorated, upstairs double queen room faced the river. We had gotten a great off-season price, and the pretty room made a nice first impression for a two-night stay. However, the motel has problems with its HVACs. The first night, as the outside temperature dropped into the 30's, the temperature in our room rose to 80F with our... More

I am happy to report that you helped us solve a problem with our new air conditioners, which are just now getting turned on as the daytime highs reach into the 70's. The default factory setting was for the "economy" A/C feature, which turns the fan and compressor off when the set temperature is reached - this is what you... More

Red Rivers #1 hotel We have been coming to Red River since 1998. The idea of ski in ski out resort to avoid the treacherous journey up and down the mountain daily is priceless. So is having a mountaintop fresh powder snow margarita and skiing down with the ski patrol at the end of the day without worrying about getting... More

Terrific experience and the best Best Western stay I have ever had. I have not enjoyed any other Best Western in my 20+ years of traveling. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Location for sking could not be better. Easy access to chair lift. The only thing to improve this hotel is a... More

We enjoyed our stay with Mike at Best Western very much. Mike was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Our room was very well kept and the new tv's made evenings enjoyable. The hot breakfast was wonderful each morning and was prepared quickly and to everyones liking. We were 100 steps from the main chair lift! We could... More

This was our first time to Red River and we are so glad we chose the Best Western. The rooms were cozy and comfy. Hot breakfast served daily. We stayed in room 212. Great room with 2 queen beds over looking the creek and lifts. We drank hot chocolate by the creek. We can't wait to go back next year.... More

Every chance we get to travel to Red River we stay at the Best Western. The rooms are very clean and modern with comfortable beds and a large television. We prefer the riverfront rooms with the spectacular view! You could not ask for better service from Mike and Courtney. They will make you feel like family! More

We spent a week at this property and it was just great. We were on the riverside upstairs and there was a great view of the river and the tree. They have gas grills so you can save a few bucks by doing your own grilling. Be advised places to eat in Red River are not very good. Plan on... More
