I booked this hotel for two nights and as soon as I walked in to check in, I knew I was leaving the next day. I can't believe they call this thing a resort. First thing that hit me as soon as I walked in was a strong cigarette smell. You couldn't get away from that smell unless you were... More

Please be advised, this place is disgusting and sad. In a nut shell; 1) Valet doesnt care to welcome you or help. 2) The reception desk personel is seemingly uneducated or absolutely NOT trained properly in customer service. This experience will leave you speachless and scratching you head. 3) We had to move rooms due to our DILAPIDATED and dirty... More

I have used trip advisor for the last 5 years or so and have planned 10+ trips based on the information and recommendations provided by this website and forum. All of my previous trips have been fantastic. Unfortunately, this will be my first review - and I am writing it because I feel compelled to do so because of the... More

I've have been to the resort on more than one occasion. It seems to me that the resort has gone down in quality in recent years. The rooms are fairly nice. The bed was rather comfortable. However, there seemed to be more cons than pros this time around. One other reviewer mentioned the cigarette smoke. It seems to have gotten... More

When checking in (low season--April 24), we learned the room we had reserved had no view, so for $20 extra per night we got a King room with balcony overlooking the beautiful mountain lake. Well worth it! A list of problems we observed with the resort/hotel: 1. Check-in was very slow and desk personnel require retraining in customer service skills... More

I've stayed here many times and the same problems continue to persist. Yes, It's a great location and the setting couldn't be more ideal. However, standing in line 30 + minutes for check is totally unacceptable, totally. This seems to be the recurring theme from the rest of TA reviewers. The front dest staff are the most rude in the... We spent two nights at the Inn and were very impressed. Other than the gorgeous location, the rooms with balcony are HUGE, very quiet, and the service is very attentive. All the staff have smiles and greet you as you walk the area. Most people come to gamble in the casino but we found the cheerful atmostphere on the grounds... More

This is the second time I've stayed here. The first was just a quick night stay since I had come to see a concert, and this second trip (April 20-22) was for a bit longer 2 night stay for a weekend. The location is awesome. Very pretty and relaxing. However, it's impossible to escape the smell of smoke in this... More
