This place is a dump. I wouldn't let my dog stay here. The desk clerk was incompetent and couldn't find our reservation and then gave us a key to a queen room when we had reserved a king. The room was filthy, the drapes were ripped. I don't know why this place still has a Rodeway Inn franchise. It's an... More

First impression started with noticing a screen barely hanging on to a window, the main door can not close, let alone lock. The initial smell of the place upon arriving was super strength pine-sol. The lady at the desk ignored us while we stood in front of her and she took two phone calls. We had prepaid on priceline and... More

Dirty tables, sink, toliet, and coke stains on the walls. The heater did not work and light bulbs burned out. Clothes rod ripped out of wall. Breakfast area filthy and you had wipe down your own tables! Sent the maintanence guy to look at heater and he turned it on/off and said well it should be good enough---I changed rooms and... More

Doesn't get any nastier than this place, hairs, spit and cockroaches in the bathroom, dingy towels, torn up walls, old stained mattresses and carpet, I'm scared to go to sleep tonight and face the bedbugs. More

The room was so dirty. I always inspect the bathroom upon arrival and sure enough there was a pubic hair in the tub. I notified the clerk (owner) and she apologized and sent the cleaning lady to the room. The shower curtain had mold on it and to make a long story short, I slept in my clothes and did... More

Talk about a scary place. Don't go out in the parking lot after dark. Not kidding. Made reservations online for 2 nights. Took one look at the room and called the front desk to cancel the 2nd night. Go elsewhere, at any price, except the nearby Quality Inn. Its almost as bad and more $$. More

Traveling from Williams, AZ., we arrived in Farmington around 9pm on a Monday night, not thinking we'd have a problem finding a room for the night, even with our dogs. A stop at Comfort Inn and Travelodge revealed they were both sold out, and 10 calls later it was starting to look a little dire. From the moment the front... More

Took a large group here on a tour. Service was slow and bad; rooms were not made up when we came back the second day; plumbing was messed up on many of our rooms. Rooms were clean when they made the bed. They also tried to overcharge me. More

An ok place to stay - the room was very close quarters. It had a refrigerator and a microwave but no alarm clock, coffee pot or hair dryer and did not have very many outlets for us to charge cell phones or use the computer. The breakfast was ok - no fruit. More

The first thing that disappointed me was that the advertised price on the sign outside was for $39.99 a night and when I was quoted a price $10 higher I was informed that that was their weekly rate. The hotel is older and drab and shabby. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating. I felt slightly uneasy as a single... More
