Sea Star hotel is super cheap in price (15$), the room looks new, super clean, nice people at the reception.... but, it's 7km from the bus station and there is nothing around. Difficult to find a restaurant. You have to walk around a bit, but finally we found good Pho. Hopefully, the internet is good to pass the time. Good...
