I've stayed here 6 times, and will no doubt visit again. This property is on a sandy beach, it's quiet and comfortable. Bungalows and main lodge rooms are clean and roomy. There are only two real downsides here. 1) It's not so easy to walk into town. Rent a motor scooter and the problem is solved. 2) The restaurant for... More

Though the accommodations are very basic, the room seemed clean. The bathroom was large, useful, and ugly. Hot water was plentiful after a few minutes of running the hot water. Sheets and towels were changed as wished. Breakfast was more than adequate. THE LOCATION IS WONDERFUL ON A BEAUTIFUL STRETCH OF BEACH! It makes you forget about any shortcomings. ToTo,... More

First of all: Don't confuse "Hiep Thanh Resort" with "Lien Hiep Thanh Resort". This is Hiep Thanh, which is a largish resort filled with families, children and 50+ couples. Lien Hiep Thanh is situated about 500 meters further south along the beach, and is mostly inhabited by younger people and backpackers. If you do decide to stay at Hiep Thanh,... More

We stayed 12 nights in March, and I believe we got adequate accommodation and service for what we paid (about USD 45 for a twin-bedded garden bungalow), and overall we have had a good stress-free time on Phu Quoc. Positive features: - Free airport transfers on arrival and departure - Location right on the beach, a nice part of it,... More

Located just out of the main part of the city, this hotel is just ok. Rooms are large and seam clean, but are quite expensive (85 $), you will find cheaper rooms in the main building. Each bungalow as a private balcony and the private beach is nice but Long Beach is just à alignment of private hotels beaches and... More

We stayed in a beach front bungalow for two nights in February 2012. The room was spacious, clean with an incredible view of the sunset on the beach. Staff very friendly. Good value for the price.

I agree with all of the previous reviewers about the standard of the accommodation. We were in the main building with hard beds, grubby shower tiny balcony . However we only paid £30 per night. I enjoyed the seafood pho for breakfast but the menu was limited. The beach was the saving grace, yes you do have to secure your... More

Answered emails quickly and went out of their way to let us know when a room was available. Beds in hotel are small and hard with tiny pillows; however, we did get extra pillows when asked. Linens and towels are threadbare and stained. They have towels at the beach to use. A/c works and there’s plenty of hot water Washroom... More

Smashing hotel, staff are friendly rooms are great for the price (we are staying in hotel part not the bungalows) Toto the main man for any help you need sorting anything out.The only draw back to the hotel is that its down a dark badly lit unevenly cobbled track, maybe not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Phu quoc itself... More

Stayed there in Nov 2011. Got a bungalow with three beds although just needed (and booked) one double and had to pay for three beds. Bungalow was ok though, nice size and cleaned every day. The nearby beach was clean and not that crowded. Resort is a bit distant from the city which makes it a quiet but still convenient... More
