I iove the pools and the landscape , however, the food is quite pricey and the shower rooms lack a bit of privacy. There should be at least shower curtains, this is not really Korea so the customers are not limited to the Korean or Japanese customs of "Public Baths". Overall the place is nice. More

Amenities are poor quality, the bed i slept on was as hard as a rock, food is overpriced and tasteless! Poor management and service. If you want to relax and take a dip in the hot springs pool, just stay for the day and eat outside the resort. Don't waste your money! More
