Really nice villa, but not the surrounding area. Walking distance to the beach is 5-7 min. (thru mud and trash). Good, stylish restaurant with tasteful live music in the evenings. All in all: good alternative to hotel, but not so much privacy as I expected.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa (Villa Merapi) that was fantastic! There are two locations for rooms and villas, so do your research. The villa was beautiful, relaxing and huge.
