They provided us free pickup from airport and free dropoff to airport too. As our dropoff time was early in the morning, they got breakfast from circle k for us, as we were supposed to have complimentary breakfast every morning at the hotel. We got a family room or is it a villa, for four persons, and it was quite... More

Warring!!! This is insuite HOSTEL!! This was the worst hotel I ever been: extremelly poor beds (much worse ones than I had in any hostel, if I travelled like a student before), supersimple bathroom with openspace shower, and washbasin with cold water only, no hotel services provided (e.g. hotel has no umbrellas for guests if there is raining period), in... Best comment is that for Seminyak, it is a reasonable/popular location. It is, however, poorly signed and difficult for drivers unfamiliar with the locale to find. A bit of a hike from reception to our rooms and bags were dragged along a rutted 'pathway' Our 'family' suite was damp and prone to smelliness from the drains. The curtains provided little... More

We booked this hotel to Agoda.com months in advance for Jan 1 2012, we got there around 5pm, they gave us a smelly, moldy walls and bathroom with 2 tiny twin beds, very old TV, no remote control; no decoration in the room. I complained to them about the room because the price we paid for is either queen or... More

booked on booking.com and the description and photos are misleading for sure. this place was NOT worth the $80usd we were quoted for the family room. the entire room smelled of funk and we did everything we could to avoid using the bathroom as that room smelled the worse. we asked for incense and they sent us a scented water... This hotel is badly infested with mosquitos. The worst is that it only offers wifi access in the poolside, which is a heaven for mosquitos at night! We stayed in a deluxe room, but nothing deluxe about the room, Limited channels and near an open space that is being renovated (more like a ruin) More

My family and I spent a week at this 'Resort' to celebrate my 30th Birthday. They were aware that it was a special trip for me but all they cared about was us paying our money and that was the end of the hospitality. We booked 3 Deluxe Rooms. AirCon didn't work. Rooms were clean but old. And there is... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom private villa with private pool. This was fantastic. The villa was fully enclosed behind a large wall, very private. Pool large with a Bali hut, outdoor kitchen and living room. Seperate 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom wing with outdoor shower. Good airconditioning, mosquito nets around beds. Breakfast was average. We ordered dinner from the restaurant... More

My stay was ok overall, the room was nice but basic, the bathroom really could have done with being updated, there wasn't a shower that worked properly at least which is annoying. My stay was enjoyable but because I was staying for my birthday and the hotel staff brought me a birthday cake! my main bug bear is that the... More
