“Wouldn't stay again”

Booked this hotel through OurDeal which I would never do again - you get what you pay for. Our bathroom was terrible, the surround around the bath was black with mould and the hand held shower was hanging by one loose screw which made the shower head go all over the place when the water was turned on. just came back for 4d3n stay at this hotel. Room super good, food delicious, friendly staff and environment very relaxing. quite sad since dont have much time to redeem my complimentary spa. although not walking distance to any shopping area, but the shuttle service to seminyak shopping is enough. highly recommend to couple and family!
