Please bare in mind that I'm not a person that stays in 5*accomodation when I go away on holiday. Overall we enjoyed pinelakes only because, they have water sports, more than one swimming pool and indoor games ....so there is lots for children to do...they don't get bored. We have never experienced bad service at pinelake each and every time we holiday there. We have now made pinelake our family holiday destination as it has everything to offer. Service is great!
