We had a very disappointing meal at Pure earlier tonight, The restaurant was deserted, (no wonder) the service was sloppy (we were pouring our own wine and waited an age) as were the staff uniforms, (hoodies??) the waiters too familiar, and the meal was far less than we expected - an entirely unsatisfactory experience.
