I have eaten at La Petite Ferme restaurant several times over the past 12 years but had not been in recent times. The setting is still wonderful but the food regretably not up to the standard I remember.

Do not leave Stellenbosch without eating lunch here. Gorgeous gardens overlooking a breathtaking view. The lamb is to die for, our 16 month old almost ate all of my wife's plate. Attentive and friendly staff. And they have highchairs!! A must before you leave Stellenbosch or SA.
