“Poor quality unwelcoming concrete block”

We booked via a website. The photographs made the property look inviting. We with 4 friends drove up a dusty short drive. The front entrance looked unwelcoming, the front garden was unkempt and the paint on the walls of the flat roof building a dreary greeen but the paint was peeling off.
