We stay here a lot. Very clean, love their great breakfasts, great gift shop, right on the beach and love the outdoor concerts in the park next to the hotel. We take advantage of their preseason packages.

Stayed last summer, everything fine except someone was smoking on patio, in view of front desk. Maybe they should make the entire property smoke free. Also the kitchen would walk to the street Side of the hotel and smoke while taking a break.
