If you are a family with small kids looking for it all on the Jersey Shore there's no place like it. Pools (4 indoor and outdoor), amazing beach, tennis, basketball, gym and boardwalk. Units are individually owned and vary in size and condition. They are rated for condition so you can see in advance. Not cheap but worth the price.
