They were very accomidating the room was fairly big and fairly clean despite holes in sheets and blankets. Never saw a bug in the room despite other reviews. I checked the matress thoroughly although it was old and not in the best shape no bed bugs. Everything you'd expect from a hotel for the price you pay.
