Mostly a business hotel in heart of Somerset Hotel-alley. Tricky to find since not visible from main roads, so get directions off I287 Friendly, helpful staff. What you would expect from a Doubletree: good room, good service, cookies and flatscreens. There is not much to do in this part of Somerset, NJ, so bring a car. The service at the hotel was great, plenty of parking space. There is bar and restaurant onsite. Very convenient for business travel.

Stayed here for a wedding. Location was convenient to Newark airport. Room: Pros: Large room. 2 double beds, which were comfortable. Flatscreen TV, many lights and lamps for convenience. Had some business in the area so I stayed here nice place staff was very accommodating the Hotel is very large and has allot of room not really any grounds to go for a little stroll at night but I would stay there again

I wrote an earlier review of the Hampton inn down the street, so I am comparing between the two. The Dt was very nice overall. nice gym, clean and spacious rooms. The lobby is really nice. Overall, I would stay here again without question.

"The windows are permanently screwed shut to prevent people from jumping off the roof?" What do windows have to do with the roof? I would imagine that the windows are sealed for energy conservation.I have stayed at the Doubletree many times and it is a lovely property, with a terrific staff

Stayed here with a large group in January for a kosher event. Hotel was very nice and very accommodating.
