It is a bit worn but as other reviewers agree, very clean. There seem to be some recent upgrades.. new front doors and wifi. I selected this property because it was very close to my business meetings and I used points as well. I arrived to a very pleasant staff in what is the quickest check in ever. I opened... More

A bit tired and un-updated Hampton Inn but clean. Everything in working order. Good price for the area. Usual Hampton comfortable bed. Now signs that claim bed linens laundered after every guest. Noticeably smaller-than-average room...next time will upgrade to something larger. Guess these meet the minimum HI standard but not one inch more. Usual complimentary microwave warm food, cereal, breads,... More

I was here for 4 nights on business. The service was good. They had fresh chocolate chip cookies every evening. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

Hampton Inn is my hotel chain of choice. Conservatively speaking, I've stayed in well over a 100-200 different Hamptons throughout the country. Yet I could probably count on one hand the number of questionable evenings I've spent in this hotel chain. This particular Hampton unfortunately falls into the "count on one hand" category. I don't believe the owner has updated... More

The furniture has seen some years and the bathroom is small enough for a guest to be half in and out at the same time. One person could navigate OK, but two will have to fight for the bathroom mirror. And what is with the commode, the seat of which is about 12 inches off the floor? There was no... More

I stayed the for work the 1st week of march, 2012. I'm a consultant by trade so I travel fairly frequently and have lots of things to compare to. This Hampton inn seemed very dated. Very. The bathroom was so small it's one of those that you have to stand over the toilet to shut the door. The a/c until... More

Rooms were clean, spacious and and comfortable. The suite had a pull out sofa bed for our 5 year old. There was a tv in both rooms we were able to connect our portable dvd player to the tv for our son to watch his movies. The breakfast was better than that which was offered across the street at the Courtyard Marriott.... I have stayed here a number of times on business travel to the area. It is one of the best value hotels around. It is just off a moterway or highway - can't remember the name - so it is easy access by car to most of this part of New Jersey. I travel to Bridgewater in about 20 minutes.... More

I use this hotel whenever I work in Somerset (about 6 times a year). It is difficult to criticise it at all as the service is excellent, breakfast is superb ( once you've got past the issue with disposable cutlery and crockery!). I have stayed at the Doubletree (a Hilton "sister") and other local hotels and definitely prefer the Hampton.
