We got everything that was promised. Very friendly staff. Good internet speed. Easy bus ride into NYC. Lots of dining and shopping close by. Clean spacious room (we had 3 adults 2 teens for 5 nights). Room was ready on time. No issues whatsoever. Continental breakfast got kinda boring, and no pool or hot tub, but would definitely stay again!
