The hotel itself was fine.
While the bus to NY is reasonably close, a good portion of the walk (about 50%) involves walking across grass because the portion of the walk to the bus in front of the hotel adjacent to the street has no sidewalk!
I can tell you that walking through the muddy grass after the rain earlier...

Just returned from a Holiday in New York and Florida.After asking on trip advisor for help with local transport in and out on Manhatton we were a bit concerned about this Hotel but had already booked, However it was very easy to take the bus{new jersey transit] almost outside the Hotel straight into midtown Terminal.

Seemingly fairly new...but really...do NOT trust the given address...enter the nearby Home Depot's location to find the place...RIGHT ON A FREEWAY entry ramp...so do NOT blow it when you arrive...or exit for that matter. Great breakfast and the African American woman breakfast server nicest of the nice...so sorry name escapes me (14 hour work day).
Comfy beds and Neutragena shampoos...nice...

I've spent 3+ weeks total so far in 2012 at this hotel, and have been very impressed. The price is a great value considering the quality accommodations and proximity to NYC.
Every employee was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast crew (Jose and Lisa) could not have been better. They are now my gold standard for service in hotel dining....
