Stayed here for just one night, but found it to be everything that I expect from an Embassy Suites and maybe even a little better. Very pleasant staff. Happy hour was a little disappointing, but breakfast made up for it.

Need to help your customers and attend to their needs. There is no reason at a hotel that anyone should not have access to their room throughout the day and be charged for stay there. Also thought the help I recieved after reporting my situation was as bad as could be.

Public space is beautiful. Central glass-covered atrium, panoramic central elevators, pathways and lush vegetation create a lovely impression of a luxurious hotel.
