Staff are professional and helpful. High level of service. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Common areas are comfortable. The Restaurant is top-notch and the breakfast buffet is simply excellent.

It is an "ok" hotel with rooms that are ok and a very good WLAN infrastructure (at least in my room). Breakfast (which is important for me :-) ) is not great but ok. The employees are very helpful and nice although not always competent.
