We have stayed at this hotel often in the past because it's convenient, clean and has a good pool for the kids. Booking through Priceline may not be the route to go with this hotel. They are not accommodating at all if that's how you booked your room. But their hotel's regular price, in my opinion is a bit pricey... More

Front desk and hotel staff amazing. Rooms average, A/C unit kicked on and off like a bull was coming through the front door. We did not come back till 10:00pm... 5 year wedding anniversary and listened to it clicking in every 25 mins. Spent time at the bar and room service so torelable... This hotel appears grand from the exterior. Somewhat misplaced, this soaring Sheraton tower exudes excellence. The registration desk was not welcoming. This hotel is average. Booking through priceline gets you excellent rates and almost every time comes up a winner on 'name your price'. Would certainly not pay rack rates for the hotel. The breakfast is 'okay', the rooms are fine, the service is fine. It is a basic sheraton in the middle of nowhere. Certainly the best one around. More

Stayed for one night with DH. Would give zero stars if it was possible. Front desk was incompetent and rude. Walls are paper thin - we heard EVERYTHING next door and even the toilets flushing from across the hallway.
