We have stayed here a few times. It was always "fine", not the best, but the little kitchens in the room make for a more comfortable stay. Close to PATH and the ferry, too. This last time, May 2012, the placed smelled really bad, the water pressure was awful and a couple of times went off all together. Nobody at front... More

I really enjoyed my stay here. If your business or tourism agenda is in Manhattan, do consider Jersey City as an attractive lodging option, and particularly this property. Jersey City is more affordable, less chaotic, gives more room to breathe, and, in my opinion, offers a more attractive cityscape (Jersey City has modern and new waterfront with glassy office and... Family of 5 - booked 2 rooms (1 one-bedroom suite and 1 regular room - both with kitchenettes - fridge/micro/dishwasher (no oven)) for our 4 night stay. Perfect location for sightseeing, gorgeous views at Hudson riverside path of Manhattan skyline, easy public transport (once you figure it out!) - a perfect 'home base'. Did a grocery run our first morning... More

Despite the renovation going on, I enjoyed our 2-night stay here. It's a 10 minute walk to PATH then a 5 minute ride ($2,25) to WTC site in Manhattan where you can catch a train to anywhere in town. It seems to be a very safe area. All condos and office high-rises. The staff was very helpful. The day we... More

Stayed here tree nights to visit NYC. Hotel itself was good for the price but the area nothing much going on. A hotel situated in condominium buildings. Wind was whipping everyday maybe due to the river. If you need anything more than sleeping, I recommend Hoboken area hotel. More

This place was great. We were 4 in the room, which was essentially a small apartment. We had a full kitchen w/ a pull-out couch and separate bedroom. Even with 4 adults it didn't feel too crowded. Only steps from the PATH, we were downtown in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my closest friends. More

A little further from the PATH train than you might like but there is the light rail to shorten the trip. The value for money can't be beaten though with a modern new studio with full on kitchen and AC just across from Manhattan. It's half the price of the hotels on the same street and much quieter. Great place to use as a ground base to visit or work in NYC> Clean, undergoing renovations as of my last stay, 3-31-12. New rooms are an upgrade, nicer cabinets, new very comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. Even numbered rooms look toward NYC and the Hudson, some have great views. This location is a 10 min walk to the path... More

Jersey City New Jersey is only 10 minutes away from New York City by "PATH" train under the Hudson River. Jersey City itself has many restaurants and interesting historic sites. But the reason most folks stay on this side of the river is the proximity to New York and the price of accommodations. Among the hotels alongside the Hudson River... More

Hotel looks very nice from the outside, somewhat easy to find. Free parking is great, as is the pantry when you walk in (could use some healthier options). The staff at this hotel is very well trained, professional, and friendly. I was very impressed by the three front desk staff I dealt with over my weekend stay. The recognized me... More
