Stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago. Excellent customer service. Very personable staff. That say's a lot when the front desk personel (Keith) mentions that they like their jobs and enjoy working at this facility you cannot go wrong. We stayed at the Econolodge recently, as we were in Plymouth to attend an alumni weekend. The price was affordable and the room was well appointed with a sleep sofa, refrigerator, king bed, along with all the basic amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Perfect spot to stay when visiting the college and local area.

Short drive to Plymouth State University. The hotel and grounds were neat and orderly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Outside the hotel there is a breathtaking view of the mountains. Our stay was for two nights in order to become familiar with the area and the university. We will certainly stay there again when we visit for freshmen orientation.

Not as advertised. The website just shows the front of the building where the lobby is....not the rooms that are basically a redecorated motel. Horrible beds. "Second building" where there's no wifi. Rooms floor not level. Beds on plywood slats where they've ripped out the queen sized and replaced them with doubles. Furnishings look like they came from a yard sale. Staff has "reservations" in scribble on loose sheets of paper. Warning sign on sink that it will take "minutes" to get hot water.... More
