Newer, very clean and convenient hotel. About half of the staff we dealt with were amazing; the rest mediocre (kind of weird!) Good continental breakfast and free high-speed internet access. My only negative is that they state "pet-friendly" and have only 1 or 2 rooms that they allow pets in... This makes it difficult to get a pet room!

Nice property ... used to be the New Hampshire Hotel, but becakme a HIE early 2010. Service was fine, rates were good, recommendations of restaurants etc, very good. Central to campus and other facilities, and to Portsmouth NH which is a do not miss spot.

Well the hotel is surely in a great location relative to the UNH Campus but the rooms could be cleaned better, particularly the bathroom floors and exterior toilet areas. The breakfast is quite marginal ... the egg dish taste like cardboard and there are no condiments, salsa to liven them up.
