Jim and John are awesome......friendly...know the trail conditions....rooms are spotless....cleanest around...vaule is out standing...plenty of parking for trucks and trailers...plenty of hot water....The know us by first names as soon as we walk in the door....they accomodate at any time of the day. Stayed only one night. I agree with all the comments about the cleanliness and the quaintness. Our room had both a front and back door and chairs to sit on outside and watch the passing thundersorm. The bathroom is a little small for a large person but once again - so clean . It was a pleasure to stay there.

We stayed for three nights - in an adorable and very clean room. The people in the office were friendly, and the room was comfortable. Oh, and the view behind the hotel, especially first thing in the morning, was outstanding. The WiFi isn't a very strong connection but it'll suffice for a pleasure trip.

This is a charming retro motel and a great find in North Country. We booked a room with a king sized bed and found ourselves in a pine paneled room with a pine paneled bathroom ( really!) the bed was amazingly comfortable, the room uber clean, and the AC worked wonderfully.
