They say check in is at 3pm. It is now 4pm and I'm still in the lobby. I am a guest of a wedding and they offered me a locker room to get dressed in. Terrible service! It's a Saturday night in May. There is no excuse not to be prepared.

The facility is very nice and well maintained. It can withstand well there. When choosing your room, you should as whether there are contructions nearby. Nice, family place with a touch of "Great Gatsby" thing. Excellent rooms and service. Lot of activities. Only objection: the staff is too "tip oriented". We were glad to be there. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will keep coming.
