Room was small, but cheap. After we had unpacked, my daughter changed into her swimsuit to use the pool. Before she jumped in pool, she saw human feces (poop) in pool, told me, I told manager, who promised to clean it up promptly.

I can say without a doubt that this was the biggest mistake of my life. The day manager even warned us that there were no refunds and can you believe it, we were so tired we stayed anyway. My husband and I stopped at the Frontier Motel but did not stay. From the outside it looked OK and the desk clerk was friendly.
