Spent two nights here, for the first time. We really enjoyed our stay. Two full baths in each unit; shower in one, tub/shower in the other. And a bay window ensures every unit a lake view. Just a 19" tube tv. Keurig coffeemaker, but we brought our own. We could kinda hear the bed springs, but it was still fairly... More

We stayed in a Luxury Room. This was nice but it's nicer to stay in the Executive Room I think. It had two queen beds and the small couch was actually a pull out bed, which was a nice surprise! It only pulls out to what looks like a twin, but still sufficient. I like that this hotel has rooms... More

We stayed at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe (comped) and were surprised to find the hotel was really nice. Check-in was very quick and efficient and the hotel clerk was pleasant and friendly. I liked the underground tunnel connection to Harvey’s. We had a room on the 9th floor – very clean, had two bathrooms (which was a nice surprise). They did... More

i went to harrah's late night because i was hungry. i got to the coffee shop & it was closed for some deep cleaning, so they told everyone to go upstairs to some asian restaurant & they had a limited coffee shop menu. i was standing there for about 2 minutes & none of the staff came to greet me.... My sister and I would stay at Harrah's about twice a year from 1983 through about 2004. It was great. The rooms were so clean, fresh-smelling and definitely a deluxe hotel. The last 2 years for my sister and I have been very rough. We lost our Mom in 2010, I lost my job, etc. We decided to treat ourselves... More

We bought 2 Groupons for weekend stays at Harrah's Lake Tahoe for $260 each. It seemed like a good value for our family given Harrah's regular prices. In addition to the room, we received with each Groupon $10 gambling money, $15 restaurant credit, and use of the exercise room each day; there was also about $35 in tax we had... More

Our complements to the wonderful staff at this hotel and casino. The front desk, concierge and the dining staff who served us were above average in their efforts and served with a smile. Our highest complements to Joanna and Alex at the front desk, who treated us like family. We were comped a standard room on our account, however we... More

We stayed in Harveys, but hung out here quite a bit since they're connected by an underground tunnel. The location can't be beat, it's a short walk to the Heavenly gondola. Harrahs is also nicer than Harveys (I don't know about the rooms, since we stayed at Harveys) and the buffet on the 18th floor has great views of the... More

Overall Harrahs is a good place. Can get reasonable rooms and there is a huge Arcade downstairs for the kiddies. Good restaurants. The issue was our bed was THE HARDEST MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED EVER! (room 814). We were thankfully moved to another and was quit comfy. Good sized rooms. Relatively clean. Awesome having 2 bathrooms! Would stay again, JUST CHECK... More

Harrah's Lake Tahoe really needs a face lift. It is okay to be old but do it gracefully. The carpets are original and threadbare in spots. The mattresses and pillows are soft and lumpy and the cleaning staff do not change the linens daily. Furniture in the rooms is damaged and the TV ancient. It is a 26 inch Zenith... More
