Really think twice before staying here. The motel doesn't appear to have been updated in years. The rooms have no microwave or refrigerator - not even a coffee maker. Really? Doesn't even a Motel 6 have a coffee maker in the room? They also charge for their internet connection. It costs $12.00 per day, per device. This seems very unreasonable... More

I stayed here last september with my boyfriend. the room was quite big. The bathroom had a jacuzzi. and a telephone beside the toilet! it had a cool casino too. It was in a good location. you had to pay to go down to any beach around lake tahoe. but it was a cool place. hotel was abit dated. it... More

The event was well run and the facility was good. Casino was ''smokey'' and noisy, but that is how most are. Food functions were very good with good service. We ate in the 4 star steak house which was good food and service, but very expensive. The Cafe-del-Sol was good for breakfast or lunch. We had a ADA Handicap room... More

Came in here to donate a few bucks and kill a little time while coming through Tahoe. It was very lack luster and employees didn't look happy to be here. They almost tried to avoid people. The place was dead yet I was in here for an hour and a half and no employee ever interacted with me. Not a... More

I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t have an exciting time at Montbleu, but mostly disappointed to hear that you didn’t receive the outstanding service we pride ourselves upon. Service should never suffer simply because the casino is a little slow. I apologize on behalf of Montbleu and our service staff for the less then exceptional service you received. Every... More

We stay here probably 6 or 7 times a year. This stay started off really bad. We went for just 1 night, for our 15th anniversary. We had a comped room, when we checked in it was the worst customer service we ever experienced. After we went up to the room I decided to talk to a manager about the... More

The hotel is a great place to stay no matter the season. The room and bathroom were big and clean. Ive stayed there twice and I would definetly stay there again. The indoor pool is always open with warm water and a great environment. The member card is free and the specials you can get from it in the hotel... More

I was a little disappointed by the MontBlue. It seems like the property is a little depressed; in need of some updates. Rooms: The beds are HORRID. I cannot believe we paid as much as we did to stay here. YUK. They were sunken, old, hard mattresses. The rooms were clean enough, albeit run down. But I just would never... More

Thank you for your feedback. We still have some remodeling and updates to do in our guest rooms, but I am very disappointed to hear that you found your room or the pool at all dirty. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will forward your comments to our hotel manager and have the issue looked into immediately.... More

Recent stayed here for our anniversary. I enjoyed the stay and would stay again. Rooms were a little old, but nice. Stayed in a premium room with a nice two person jetted hot tub in the room. I'm tall, and my wife and I were able to comfortably fit in tub together. It also had some well placed mirrors if... More

We just stayed here one night as we were attending a concert. The room was clean and comfortable, if somewhat dated. You can definitely tell it had been a Caesars property when you got up to the hotel floors. I wouldn't call it a 5 star resort - but for the price ($75), it was fine.
