lake mead and cottonwod marinas are not handycap frendly for fishing off shore they need to put a pier out for handy cap people who want to fish off shore that cant get into a boat that cost 70 a hour to rent i would not recomend these places's if you are seems they only want to rent boats

Spent two nights and three days at the cottonwood cove resort on Lake Mohave near searchlight. Although we were there primarily to fish, we found a multitude of activities even in late Dec. The resorts motel was clean comfortable and well maintained. An on-sight restruant/cafe offered tasty and well prepared meals although with a sparse menu.

This place is on Lake Mojave, They have fishing boats, House boats from 50' rentals to 70' rentals. Lake Mojave is part of the Colorado river.
