Arrived and NO reservation. Called Slots Manager 3 times on his cell since it was his day off - NO ANSWER NO RETURN CALL. Rate went from $30 to $159. The price was excellent! I was afraid this was going to be a dump for the price we paid, but was surprised when we arrived. The rooms we newly remodeled and the beds were very comfortable. The elevator is scary and slow. The staff were nice and it turned out to be a good stay. We would return. More

We paid 40$ per night for two nights. This was most likely one of the cheapest night I booked in a long time. The room was clean, quiet, and the staff was ok. Would definitely stay there again. The resort is very close to Diamond Peak, so it's perfect for kids learning how to ski. More

This was the worst experience ever. Security is non existent in the hotel portion. A knife was found in one of the other rooms, and the hotel took no responsibility whatsoever. When I turned on the bathroom faucet, black chunks even came out with the water. More
