I've lived in Las Vegas for more than 27 years now and I've gambled here since the day it opened. I am a BIG Boulder Station fan and enjoy playing video poker here. I very seldom play anywhere else. The poker machines are fairly loose and the slot attandants are friendly and greet you with a smile. Cocktail service is... More

Where do I start? Checkin process. Only 1 person checking people in at 9pm. Line of 10 people. It took 30 mins to get keys to my room. I get the keys, and head to the elevator bank. Ok how about the rooms. This property advertises "Pillow top matresses". I get to the room and the beds are ROCK HARD.... More

Arrived at hotel and followed signs to where hotel registration was supposed to be but there was no sign saying you were there. No-one to greet you or ask for help. Apparently they dont have bellhops here as i never saw one in 2 days. the valets were too busy conversating with each other to even ask if we needed... More

Would it have killed any staff member at all on the day we were there to smile. The only acknowledgement I got at all was a surly mumble from a dealer who thought I might be getting too close to her table, when in fact I had no intention of going near or toward the gaming tables. We left quickly,... More

The hotel rooms are fairly clean (big spot of green toothpaste on the bathroom floor for three days, and my toothpaste is white) but comfortable. There is an almost $20 surcharge for every room (for providing a phone--really??-- and two newspapers), you have to pay for the wireless but get refunded at check out (why bother??) and the downside of... With study of reviews, we were unsure if this Station Casino would be good for our travel needs, but it was a good match. We were aware of the extra facility charges per night so we were not surprised and thought it a great deal and our room was comfortable, clean and nicely remodeled. Asked for a room near the... More

This was our second stay at Boulder Station, and we still think it is a great deal. The rooms are freshly remodeled, nicely furnished, good beds, and very clean. The buffet is very good, with great variety, and a great price. The only problem this time was at check-in. A large group--about 400--were coming in for the weekend, and the... More

If you are looking for a nice place to stay that is clean, comfortable, and pleasant, I would suggested staying here. The rooms are around $20-40 a night. It may not be on the strip or have a lot frills like the big casinos, but it just a great stay for someone just looking for a hotel. It is very... More
