From start to finish my 5 day stay at the Rio was terrible. Check in and out staff are very slow, and could care less about what you have to say...any complaint is met with the standard "you can ask so and so, but they will tell you the same thing." Who charges for internet? 14.95 for in room, PER... More

Stayed at the Rio during this recent convention. I am completely impressed. Rooms are gigantic, and spotless. Super quiet, great beds, pillows for everyone. The room size and layout just blew me away. It is obvious what good care the staff takes of this hotel. It is a large, sometimes confusing hotel with many, many restaurants and shops. What a... More

I have stayed here twice for conferences. The hotel is off strip and does have a complimentary shuttle to Bally's but there are better choices on the strip for a similar price. The hotel markets itself as an all suite resort, hence the very spacious rooms. The Ipanema tower has been renovated as opposed to the Masquerade tower which is... More

Nice large rooms, living areas. Nice staff personnel. Our first room was not ready though we were sent up, but management were very gracious and apologetic for the mistake and gave us a $50 food/drink credit which was great to use at the hotel. Dined at the sports venue area. Very good, lots of options. Had fun on the penny... More

We stayed at the Rio at the end of our trip. Our room was overlooking the strip. It had two Queen beds, a full size sofa, several chairs and a table. Very large in comparison to a standard room. The tv offerings were plentiful. Our room also had a refrigerator. The room was very clean and well maintained. Navigating the... More

Stayed for 3 nights on business trip. Waited in line for over 10 minutes to check in. Then discovered that that WiFi cost 14 dollars per day, which seemed petty until I realized that nothing else was complimentary either. This is just the way Las Vegas is, I suppose, but that doesn't make it any more likeable. The staff were... More

Rooms were very big!! Check in was slow even at 12p when we arrived. Shuttles to the strip FREE every 15 minutes or so. Room had a tube tv kind of disappointing and shower head was a little weird it was like a high pressure washer. SUPER Comfy Bed!! Best Sleep Ever But for the right price Do it! Interesting... More

We have stayed in Las Vegas numerous times. This was our first stay at The Rio.We booked 4 rooms(May 16th 2012 thru May 20th) for friends and family to meet and enjoy a rare chance to be together. Check in was on the plus side . Rapid and friendly .Prices were average ,not expensive but not a great bargain for... More

Stayed four nights , May 12 to May 16th ... Loved every minute we spent here . Checked in at about 10 pm on a Saturday night, no wait at all . Requested the Masquerade tower, but check in agent said it was noisy that weekend and we would be happier on a high floor in the other tower. Loved... More

My stay was for a large trade show in the medical field. Being the show took place at the Rio, I had no choice but to stay here. I am accustom to staying on the strip so this was my first time staying on a property off the strip. Well I did the "20.00" sandwich for an upgrade and they... More
