This hotel is perfect, across the street from the famous MGM ! walking distance from ALL attractions. The hotel itself is very clean, rooms are spacious. We had a 2 bedroom, large and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, especially Robert at check-in and Charlene the resort concerige, she is a wealth of... More

This place was wonderful to stay at in Vegas. Close enough to strip, but away from hustle and bustle for down time. Clean, and very comfortable. Complimentary Breakfast each morning with hot foods, and beer and wine, soft drinks and snacks each evening. Can't beat that. Very friendly, helpful people working at The Desert Rose. Highly recommend, this place is... More

I was totally surprised with the value at the desert rose. If I can remember right it was about $100 a night, that was the 23rd to the 26th of December. It had everything you would need if you were sticking around the hotel. My only complaint is that there was not nearly enough seating for the breakfast crowd. But,... More

We had some timeshare pts that we needed to use so we decided to go to Las Vegas for the 1st time in 25 yrs. After a 1.5hr delay in getting a taxi from the airport, we arrived at the Desert Rose & were able to check in early. We didn't realize that we had chosen SuperBowl & Republican Caucas... More

I was so impressed with the quality of service we received from all the staff, they were so friendly and helpful, they most certainly provided us with first class service. Located a few blocks from the strip, near the MGM, it was very nice and quite, but close to all amenties, and just a short drive to the airport. They provided... More

We spent a week at the Desert Rose. In contrast to the strip, it is unpretentious, quiet and comfortable. Yet, it is just a block or so from all the lights and excitement. It's near the MGM and New York New York. The rooms was really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive and... More

Stayed Jan 2012. Great location just off the strip, free parking, quick easy check in, large clean room with great shower. Effective and quiet A/C. Only downside we found was the breakfast which was not bad but not great - only a minor issue though, definitely stay here. More

This is an all-suite resort with no casino, which is perfect for families. We were happy to see that the one-bedroom suite that we had reserved was clean and well-appointed. The suite included a separate bedroom with a door, a full-kitchen (with full-size refrigerator) including all dinnerware and silverware, a dining area and living room with balcony. The location is...
