Where do I begin? We bought (or I thought we bought) 2 non-smoking double rooms. Upon arrival, they were out of NS double rooms, so they talked us into NS suites for only $30 extra a night. Well...the room was big, had refrigerator, a separate "living room", 2 flat screens, but the "bedroom" was right next to the bathroom and... More

I am a travel agent and was attending a convention in Las Vegas, and decided to purposely stay at the Imperial Palace (knowing it is a budget property) to see how the new construction was coming along. My room was AWFUL, worn carpet, bad furnishings, dirty tub and bathroom. Front Desk told me the room was refurbished 5 yrs ago!... More

I stayed here on business so did not have a choice of where to stay so for me it was free. I read the reviews before I turned up, so made sure that I did not have a room facing the construction work, which my colleagues said started at 6am prompt, and I did not have a room facing the... More

At the risk of piling on, the only positive for this hotel is its proximity to the Venetian, Palazzo, Mirage and Caesars Palace. Many of the guests looked familiar to me, and realized it was probably because I'd seen them on an episode of COPS. There is zero class, and don't expect a great deal of help from anyone. When... The Imperial Palace hotel and casino is well placed in the Las Vegas strip and provides excellent access to the mono rail system and to the Venetian, the Mirage and other hotels and shops in the immediate area. The problem is that the hotel is probably the oldest furnished on the strip if the higher end hotel casinos. The room... More

We had stayed here previously and loved it. The location is great, the staff are great. On this trip, we were not informed that they were under construction. The whole front entrance is boarded up, taxis now have to come in through the back and you now have to walk a long distance with luggage to get to the check... More

Theres no doubt that this is the place to stay if of are looking for a cheap place to stay in Vegas. The price cannot be beat. the hotel itself is outdated and dirty in some places. We were upgraded to a strip view room at no extra charge upon check in after asking if an upgrade was possible. The... More

Traverlores, This hotel is very easy to tell a story. First the front desk is next to the Casino, full of drunks and cigerette smoke. Staff not set up for large group of booking quickly. Remodling is currently being done so no front drop off by the Taxie. The back is the taxie entrance and a long way till the... More

We stayed for one night at the end of a self drive holiday. The place was rundown, dirty and smoky. We were not told of the renovations going on which meant long detour to check in anrooms. Rooms basic, no coffee, ice, fridge. We could not wait to get out. The only saving grace was it's location on the strip... More
