My partner and I stayed at the beautiful Cosmopolitan hotel for three nights May 13 through May 16. We checked in around noon on a Sunday and the lines were very long but very organized. They passed out bottles of water while we waited which was greatly appreciated. When we finally got to the desk clerk, he spent 15 minutes trying... More

Spent an extra long weekend at the Cosmopolitan with some buddies in May. Great hotel, very happening vibe, plenty of scenery on the weekend and even on Monday (industry night at the Marquee.) Great restaurants - Blue Ribbon Sushi is outstanding! Casino still has smokers but that's Vegas unfortunately. A short walk to the Aria poker room for the poker... More

Pros - Good location, walking distance to Planet Hollywood, Bellagio, etc. - Trendy décor and lobby - Friendly staff from front desk to bell desk - VERY close walk from our hotel tower (West) near the lobby to the taxi queue. - Requested a quiet floor and it was very peaceful when you needed it to be - Great restaurants... The Cosmopolitan Hotel is a high-end hotel on the Strip, with beautiful high-tech rooms and excellent restaurants. I recently stayed there for three nights on business, and while the stay was nice, I wouldn't stay there on vacation. I thought the service was very cold and impersonal, just the opposite of what I look for in a hotel. Make sure... More

We stayed at the Cosmo last year at approximately the same time. Back then we found it quite average but very clean. As frequent travellers this means everthing to us. This time however, the difference was amazing. The rooms were never properly vacuumed and although we appreciated having a balcony overlooking the fountians it would have been nice if they... More

Decided to stay at the cosmo during a recent business trip. Had a studio suite on the 36 floor over looking the fountains at the Bellagio. The rooms were the best I've seen in a very long time. Most controls for music, lights etc. are handled by the phone's touch screen. I will stay here again...

The Cosmpolitan is a a fabulous place to stay if you want to party, gamble, have loads of noisy fun!! If you're a slightly more discerning traveller over 45 forget it! The Suites have balconies with terrific views over the Strip, but why if there is a kitchenette + dishwasher are there no plates, cutlery etc? Also if you want... More

I stayed at the cosmopolitan hotel for 2 nights with friends and we all had a great time there. The hotel has great amenities, views, and casino. The hotel had a great vibe which was great for las vegas. They have two swimming pools which both were great. We ate at the 'wicked spoon' restaurant, their brunch is great value... More

My husband and I stayed here from 13 May - 18 May. Upon arrival, the check in lines were non existent, so we found check in to be quick and painless. We had room 3695, which was in the East Tower and had the most amazing view of the Bellagio fountains. We were getting married on 14 May and I... More

The shower was only lukewarm. Room temperature was not consistent at night. There was a light out in the bathroom that took asking two cleaning staff and a call to the desk and two days to replace. One day the room wasn't cleaned and the next we had a clean room without towels. This was not the service I expected... More
