Considering the many motels in Ely they all keep the prices up. Clean room, internet, coffee maker, fridge. Off the highway, no loud trucks. Free continental breakfast, not big but OK to start the day. Older motel, but good place to stay. Close to downtown.

Nice clean and comfortable room, breakfast was good, it was nice to sit outside in the cool fresh air and have breakfast. It was right in the middle of town within walking distance to everything. It's a nice place to stop on your way to UT. I would stay there again.

If you are staying in the Ely area the Main Motel is a great choice both for its cleanliness as well as its value. We stayed here for 3 nites during late July 2012. The place lacks curb appeal (as do most motels in Ely), but the room was very comfortable and clean. Newly refurbished. Includes microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. The staff was very friendly. They provided free continental breakfast which was very good and a great way to begin the mornings... More

We stayed here for two nights early in July. The staff was nice, the room was clean, and the wifi worked without any problems. We will stay there again if we are ever in the area.

Stayed there 6/12-13. Was pleasantly surprised, it met all positive reports. Highly recommend it. Kept air conditioner fan on all night, street noise was not a problem.

We stayed one night, got the military discount but were charged extra for a pet. The staff is great and wifi is available if you ask. Free great breakfast in the morning, take advantage of it if you stay. The place is clean and the beds are comfortable.

We stayed here in September and really have no complaints. We were not expecting luxury and we got clean comfortable and friendly. Walked downtown to an old hotel for dinner that was surprisingly good.
