This accommodation appears to be an old apartment complex that was changed into a hotel sort of thing. There are several sections with about 4 or 6 rooms. Clean but dated rooms. Upstairs rooms have very narrow stairways with aged timbers.The layout is one intended for extended stay travelers not ones looking for a true 3-3.5 star hotel.
