We stay at B&B's frequently when we travel, including twice at the Prairie Garden, which rates as our favorite because of the architecture of the house (excedingly well-preserved Prairie-style Craftsman), the comfort and cleanliness of the room (which is more like a suite with its own screened porch), the friendliness of the host and hostess, and the quality of the... I made my first visit to Prairie Garden Bed and Breakfast the first year they opened. Since that time I have tried to stay there at least once a year. I go back to do family research as my family settled in the are in the 1860s. I always enjoy my visits with Larry and Pat Langhorst. They are wonderful... More
