My husband and I stayed here when we were visiting family in town. It's everything you would expect from your average Super 8 hotel. We didn't have any issues, but it's as average as it gets. It was clean and we had no issues. More

We have stayed at this motel 4 or 5 times in the past 3-4 years, and have always had excellent service and virtually no complaints worth mentioning. When we return to Holdrege to visit friends, we never hesitate to book our rooms at this motel! It is not the Hilton, or the Marriott, and we don't expect it to be.... More

Super 8 is named that because it used to cost $8 a night to stay there (Motel 6 was the same way). Its a no frills hotel. Feels like it was built in the 80s and hasn't changed since. I stayed for work and assume that anyone in Holdrege would be staying there for the same reason. More

There isn't much to select from in Holdrege, so the Super 8 is pretty much it. It has a pool / hot tub, but I didn't see that area, so cannot comment. Breakfast is pretty slim (does have those waffles). The rooms were basically clean, could do a bit better in the bathroom...but overall, its okay ! More

Stayed overnight in October 2008. The room smelled awful. We could not sleep. Motel management unwilling to accommodate us in any way. No partial credit and no apologies. Just denial that anything was wrong with the room. Beware of this establishment! More
