A quiet hotel on the edge of town. This location sports a small lake behind the facility. Get a room in back and you wake up to a view of this lake every morning. Grand Island is so small that anywhere you stay is as good as any other except for the details around your accommodation. This one was easy... More

If you travel for business or on a budget, avoid this place like the Black Plague. The check inn was ok, room was clean, but that's where it ends. Reseved a no smoking room for one night but got charged for three. When trying to correct this problem through the same number I called to make reservation, I was hung... More

This is one great place to stay, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable too, could use some new pillows. The pond or lake out back with the ducks is breath taking. Just a reminder of what an amazing God we have. More

I really wish I could recommend this motel. It was clean and quiet, and the staff pleasant. Unfortunately, sleeping on the bed was like sleeping on a box spring--without the mattress--and the pillows were flat. I doubt that we got more than 4 hours of sleep. My recommendation is to ask to see a room and check out the bed... More

We stayed here previously this summer and were very happy with it and I stated that in my previous review.(Room #215) In Sept we were passing thru Nebraska again & stayed here again. We were not happy with our room to say the least (Room #209)...it was completely different than the room we had on our first stay !!! There... More

The only people here are extremely nice are, housekeeper staff and Khristen one of the lady at the front desk staff, the rest of it, don't even look at you and say hi to guest. Manager was all the time at the back office and he had a very serious look!!! Rooms are not that big, breakfast was very poor,... More

This place is pretty good for a Rodeway property. The staff was all very nice. The room was fairly nice. It was very bright and had a great HVAC. However, the age of the room was pretty evident. It also wasn't the most clean. There was a lot of dust on the carpet and the bathroom had a lot of... More

We stopped here on our way back home from Yellowstone. The room was large, the king bed was firm, and everything was very clean. As an added touch they offered free popcorn, coffee and tea in the lobby. We were given a card with a variety of suggested local restaurants at 10% off and a 2 cent discount at a... More

We were traveling east and Kearney was full so we stopped in Grand Island and picked the first place that looked decent and this was it. We never stayed at a Rodeway Inn before so didn't know what to expect. Well it was a very nice surprise. The room was clean and very comfy. Lots of tv choices and good... More

The hotel may look plan and boring in the front but, the view in the rear is fantastic! The hotel is along a lake where you can sit on the deck, patio or on the sand where it looks like a little beach. I was told there fish in the lake too. We didn't stay long enough to see if... More
