The people at check inn and out were very friendly and helpful. Very good value in early May. Rooms are very well furnished although I found the remote of the Vizio TV very hard to operate. The hotel has underground parking if you need it, plus a jacuzzi which I didn't use

You will be charged first night as deposit. Well I needed four rooms for one evening. So I assume I will be charged one room for one night to reserve the entire order. Wrong. I was charged full price for all rooms, now charged interest and have to collect money from others for 3 rooms. What a pain! I saw... More

Judy, thank you very much for taking my telephone call a few minutes ago. We sincerely apologize for the frustration with our reservation deposit policy. We also should have offered you our two-room suites, as you required four rooms. We wish you and your group the most wonderful vacation to Yellowstone National Park this summer. We would love the opportunity... More

This is a great hotel for accessing Yellowstone National Park in winter. We were dropped off at the door by Salt Lake Express after trip from Salt Lake City via transfer at Rexburg. This hotel is where the Xanterra snow coaches depart for Old Faithful Snow Lodge, so no need for a taxi or carting luggage when staying at hotel.... More

after taking a shuttle down from bozeman to west yellowstone, we stayed one night before going in to park for a week (feb 2013). the gray wolf is where the snow coaches ( bombardiers or vans with mac tracs) that you take in to the park from there gather for launching, so this inn is very convenient. rooms are nice... We go to West Yellowstone twice a year, and have stayed at about 10 different hotels over the years. Our most recent stay was at the Gray Wolf Inn, and was our second time. We will stay here again, as it seems to be reasonable price, and all the amenities we need. The underground parking is a real bonus in... More

Since it is difficult to find a good place for a reasonable price in West Yellowstone, even in Winter, I was pleasantly surprised by the rate. The hotel is right at the entrance to Yellowstone N.P., very close to the IMAX-Theatre. It has an indoor-pool, something that is very nice during winter. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, the... More

The Gray Wolf is an annual base camp for the Rendezvous Cross-Country Ski Marathon weekend. The hotel staff is always friendly and willing to accomodate skiers, including allowing us to wax skis in the underground garage. The hotel is located 5-10 minute walk from the cross-country trailhead (or you can drive and park). The standard rooms are average in appointments... More

We stayed at the Gray Wolf Inn for one night before embarking on The Trail of the Wolf tour from the Old Faithful Snow Lodge in Yellowstone National Park. The staff was very friendly and helped us find a great place to have dinner. It wasn't fancy, but the rooms were clean and the typical motel free breakfast was good.... More

The front desk clerks were not unfriendly....but not friendly either. Apathetic possibly. Rooms nice and big. Clean! Our room was above the pool, slightly loud, not awful though.... The location you can't beat ! Breakfast not great, typical continental breakfast....

I looked at all the reviews for this hotel and they are very mixed. I wonder if some thought they were staying at the ritz? I'll tell you why I would recommend this hotel. 1. They let us check in early 12:00 (because the room was done). 2. The room was what I expected, clean, roomy, big bathroom, tv, king... More
