Good location from which to explore Yellowstone. The accommodation is clean and well maintained. I found Nick’s recommendations of what to see and do in Yellowstone very useful. He even lent me some raingear when he heard that I was ill prepared. Becky went out of her way to assist me with the delivery of some internet purchases. More

We arrived here after a long drive through grand teton and yellowstone, and were absolutely delighted when we saw our room. Everything was in great condition, very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Parked right outside our room. Bathroom was very well stocked with plenty of thick towels, and some toiletries. Owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided with hot... More

The owner helped us turn our fridge on, and we learned they had bought the motel somewhat recently. Our room was nicely painted, furnished and maintained. The king bed was very comfortable. It had pretty sheets and nice blankets, and the bathroom had fluffy towels. We could hear our neighbor's TV and water, but that's to be expected in an... More

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Yellowstone NP. It's a basic hotel, but the price is right, the service is great and value-priced for its location and the amenities offered. Small room, but clean with fridge/micro/TV. Close to everything (West Yellowstone is a small town) including the entrance to the national park. Comfy bed; good shower;plenty of ice... More

We stayed here to visit Yellowstine N.P . It was very reasonable $50 off season. Within walking distance from the main centre of town where all the cafes & restruants are.And only 1 minutes drive from the park entrance. The room had a king bed and a large suitcase table so we didn't have to lift up our bags over &... Rooms are small. We stayed during the winter expo so the value was great! Can't beat $60 a night. Great access for snowmobiles. I would stay there again! Thank you Mike & Holly! More

Rooms were clean and neat. The owner had time to speak with you. Good service. Slept two days in a row. Visited Yellowstone with a Snowcoach. Price was reasonable. Parked the car in front of the room. More

Clean and friendly place to spend a couple of winter nights. The rooms were toasty warm when we arrived. There are some nice brand name samples in the bathrooms. Bring your own hairdryer. Beds were comfy. Snowmobiles are noisy at night, but that is just how it is in West Yellowstone in the winter! More

Was on a two-month cross-country trip when I was struck down by a 24-hour stomach virus. Thankfully, we were scheduled to spend two nights at the One Horse. I was very grateful that this was where I was stricken. The one-story, U-shaped property, consisting of approximately 15-20 units, offers parking right in front of your room. The premises is located... More

If you looked up motel in a dictionary from the 60's this would be it: parking in front of the room, dark wood furniture, pop and ice machines in an alcove next to the office. I will agree with a previous reviewer that for $119, this motel is indeed overpriced. Then again, at face value, all of West Yellowstone is... More
